LOVE this place and can't believe I have never been before today!! I love the people here....they are so friendly and courteous..our waiter was EXCELLENT..have your steak grilled the way you want...and this is the very first place to cook a medium rare perfectly!! The catfish was perfect, fried pickles, shrimp some of the best cooked food we have had in awhile from a restaurant. Kid friendly...HUGE building so doesn't feel crowded, just an all around great place with some great food. Price for the buffet for 3 adults plus drinks was still under $60. Money well spent!! Try them one night...you won't regret it! I forgot to mention that they have a fruit bar....salad bar....dessert bar/ice cream bar... Barbecue ribs...pulled pork...mac and cheese...greens....taters and gravy...corn bread...rolls...etc etc ...Some thing for everyone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What can I say about buffet eating. I really don't care for it especially around Holidays. My last experience at Golden Coral was awful. It was at Thanksgiving and it tasted like management was trying to stretch the food supply .The sauces and gravitas were watered thin, and some pasta dishes were overcooked. The servers and attendants were tired and strained so the attitude was not festive. It was truly like going through a corral...(cattle) However, a mid day midweek visit proved to be different. Not sure if management or staff change did the trick. Our attendant was five star for a buffet. She was engaging, super attentive and helpful. Her presence was a calming one and she was genuine. Spot on customer service. And the food was so much better. I've been pushing back from meats ; so let me say the Brussels sprouts were wonderful, the squash a little over cooked( steaming/grilling is better ) and those mushrooms were great. I suppose the watermelon was good I just couldn't get any it was going so fast ..people were lining up for it.

Good service food was good only complaint is that they kept in running out quick of certain food items on buffet line and I needed to wait while they made more but the food was hot and good.the service of our waitress was really good. Would have given 5 stars if they did not constantly have to make more buffet items they were running out of and I had to wait.

Golden Corral was absolutely wonderful. The food was hot and fresh. The only thing better than the food, was our waitress. Her name was Lucy and she was there to please her customers. She was really good. It was a little crowded in there, but it was worth it. I shall be going back again.

Had to leave for work, but wish I could go back, that is some good quality food y'all had to miss eating my ice cream, was in a hurry, but sure to get it the next time. Y'all I LOVE me dome Golden Corral :)
